Thank you for you interest in ordering Ojai Citrus from Friend’s Ranches! There are several things you should know before placing an order:
We can take orders now for all items, but please note that we do not ship any fruit until it is tasty enough to be amazing: Ojai Pixies ship in March, Blood oranges ship when Mother Nature makes them red and sweet.
You will be sent a notice via Paypal when your items ship: Please ensure someone is at the address to collect the package(s); they are perishable and we cannot be responsible for uncollected fruit.
If you are ordering for friends or family: PLEASE let them know that a perishable item is headed their way.
We will automatically include the name of the buyer with the box of fruit, but not a reciept for the cost.
Payment is accepted through PayPal on this website where you can use most major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account in order to place an order.
Other than through PayPal, we are unable process credit card information. For this reason, we are unable to accept orders over the phone. If you prefer not to order online, you can mail a check or money order to us (Friend’s Ranches mailorder, 15150 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai,CA 93023); be sure to include your telephone# and the complete shipping address!

A few words about our mail order:
We do not ship our fruit to Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, nor to APO or FPO addresses, prisons, nor to foreign countries. All packages will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. We guarantee delivery to the street address you give us; please check your order carefully!
FRIEND’S MAIL ORDER IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN OUR FRUIT IS AT ITS BEST, WHICH DEPENDS ENTIRELY UPON MOTHER NATURE.
- We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or higher value if necessary
- We reserve the right to delay shipment because of the vagaries of weather, government restrictions, shipping firms, etc.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders which cannot be filled (prompt refund)
- We cannot accept phone orders as we are just too busy during the tangerine season and it’s too easy to make errors. However, you can mail us your order including a check or money order for payment (Friend’s Ranches, 15150 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai, CA 93023)
- All items purchased in a combined payment (shopping basket) must be shipped to the same address. If you wish to ship to different addresses, please make separate purchases.
- Please use street addresses, orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are often not received in a timely manner and we cannot guarantee freshness of such orders.
- Please check your orders for accuracy; we cannot be responsible for your errors, nor for delivery if you give us an incorrect address. Please check your order carefully!
