Just avocados, lots of them and not the varieties you find in most grocery stores.  Our avocados are not harvested until they are at their peak and then we take care not to bruise them as they are packed in tissue and sent to your door.  This box will contain 11 to 15 avocados both Bacon and  Fuerte varieties.  Bacon avocados  have nothing to do with meat; they are named after James Bacon who first cultivated them.  Bacons are slightly sweet in flavor, smooth in texture and very tasty!  Fuertes are our favorite for flavor, they have a deep, nutty taste and were once the #1 avocado grown in California. Both varieties are excellent sliced, in salads, on sandwiches and of course made into guacamole.
