You will be sent a notice via Paypal when your items ship.
Please ensure someone is at the address to collect the package(s); they are perishable and we cannot be responsible for uncollected fruit. If you are ordering for friends or family: PLEASE let them know that a perishable item is headed their way.
We will automatically include the name of the buyer with the box of fruit, but not a receipt for the cost.
Payment is accepted through PayPal on this website where you can use most major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account in order to place an order.
Other than through PayPal, we are unable process credit card information. For this reason, we are unable to accept orders over the phone. If you prefer not to order online, you can mail a check or money order to us (Friend’s Ranches mailorder, 15150 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai,CA 93023); be sure to include your telephone# and the complete shipping address!
Please read this important information before ordering:
We do not ship our fruit to Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska, nor to APO or FPO addresses, prisons, nor to foreign countries. All packages will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. We guarantee delivery to the street address you give us; please check your order carefully!
FRIEND’S MAIL ORDER IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN OUR FRUIT IS AT ITS BEST, WHICH DEPENDS ENTIRELY UPON MOTHER NATURE.
- We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or higher value if necessary
- We reserve the right to delay shipment because of the vagaries of weather, government restrictions, shipping firms, etc.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders which cannot be filled (prompt refund)
- We cannot accept phone orders as we are just too busy during the tangerine season and it’s too easy to make errors. However, you can mail us your order including a check or money order for payment (Friend’s Ranches, Mail Order, 15150 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai, CA 93023)
- All items purchased in a combined payment (shopping basket) must be shipped to the same address. If you wish to ship to different addresses, please make separate purchases. (If you wish to place many orders feel free to e-mail us and we can help arrange for large orders).
- Please use street addresses, orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are not always received in a timely manner and we cannot guarantee freshness of such orders.
- Please check your orders for accuracy; we cannot be responsible for your errors, nor for delivery if you give us an incorrect address. Please check your order carefully!
- If you have any changes after an order has been placed simply e-mail us and we will do our best to correct any errors. Due to the perishability of our products we cannot make changes after items have shipped.
