We will take orders for the holidays but do not ship fruit again until January-- orders placed before December 14th will have the option to send a holiday gift card in advance of the fruit so that folks know to expect Ojai's finest citrus in the New Year. The main reason we do not ship fruit until the New Year as that it is not at it's best flavor. Here are a few more reasons:
It is frost season and we may be up all night and too tired to work in the day
We like to enjoy the holidays with family and not be crazy packing fruit
Some of our employees are away for the holidays
Shipping is crazy over the holidays, especially perishables which may arrive to empty homes as people travel.
Most folks love to get treats post-holidays, wouldn't you?
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES: If you are placing orders to various mailing addresses, please place separate orders. This ensures that the correct shipping notices are sent out for each order. (We are a small family farm, not Amazon, we don't have a computer tech to allow for multi-address shipping, sorry).
HOLIDAY GIFT NOTES: If you are sending multiple items in the same order to the same address and wish to send a gift note ahead of the fruit please select to send a gift note on one item and we will include notices of all the other items (as long as they are in the same cart to the same address).
CORPORATE GIFTS: If you wish to send gifts to more than 10 different addresses, e-mail us the list of addresses and what you wish to ship and we will work with you.
